Yes, sometimes.: Public programs that distribute organs from living donors do not accept teen donors. But pre-adults can donate to relatives when special circumstances & requirements are met. This is particularly true for bone marrow donation(marrow is generally considered an "organ"), which can rarely even be donated to non-relatives if arranged privately (not thru nat'l program) & usually with court ok.
