See below: Although i cannot diagnose you without seeing you, it is possible that you may have a cartilage tear in the wrist. That could cause the symptoms that you describe. See an orthopedist.

Something bad: If you had a fall or other injury your symptoms are describing a broken bone in the wrist or a ligament injury. You need to be evaluated by a hand surgeon.
