When i tense my stomach muscles and put my hand over my stomach i feel a clicking/ snapping sensation on the left side over my stomach. happens on and off especially when i push down with my hand harder. is that normal? no other symtoms / pain etc?

Likely an air bubble. Not to worry. If you are eating, passing gas and normally formed stools, it's a good sign that the system is working as it should.
