I have a lot of pain on my left shoulder. pain radiating down my arm and hand feels tight. i feel a click in my shoulder when i move it. i took 3 motrin and still in a lot of pain. what can i this be from? i had labrum surgery few years ago on my arm?

One of the signs of heart attack is pain radiating down left side. To rule this out your must be seen immediately by your Physician, Urgent Care, or ER. Prob ability it is an orthopedic or neurologic problem but don't put off getting it evaluated.
