Heartburn? belching that tastes bad, usually doesn't happen to often. had stuffed green peppers for dinner not spicy though. how do i cure it? thanks

Reflux: Sounds like you're getting some reflux. The most natural way to help the symptoms is to try to avoid foods and drinks that could aggravate it: alcohol, caffeine, high fat foods, spicy foods, tomato juice. Avoid lying down within 2-3 hours of a meal. If you're still having symptoms, then you can try otc Tums (calcium carbonate) or heartburn. But avoidance of food/drink triggers is key!
