GERD: I would talk to my Doctor about a different medication if yours is NT helping. But the candies alone are probably not bad.

Peppermint leaves: Can also be chewed, and they don't have sugar or calories that could take you down the wrong path. Easy to grow on a pot on the porch! Spearmint too! One of my favorite childhood memories. Don't swallow until you' e researched further.
