Other issues importa: The shunt itself is probably not as important as the issue that put it there & your general health. If put in during infancy it probably doesn't do much now. If the condition requiring the shunt no longer affects your general health, pregnancy may be possible. You should consult with an OB to review your particular issues. Bring any pertinent records with you at the time.
