May be clenching : Many tension are headaches are caused by clenching and grinding the teeth. Morning headaches, fatigue and night sweating are associated with obstructive sleep apnea. I would highly recommend that you find a dentist trained in dental sleep medicine and tmd who can determine if this is what is causing your problems.
