A number of things: There are many possible answers. One i see more and more of lately is some degree of sleep apnea. Visit your sleep dentist, or ask your md about a sleep study. I also see many people who clench their teeth at night while sleeping and then have headaches during the day. Do not underestimate the impact that clenching your teeth plays in amplifying headaches. See a TMJ dentist to be checked.

Different causes: These symptoms may be unrelated. Fatigue and headaches can be part of poor quality sleep, clenching, apnea, a bite that is off...To name a few. Find a dds that knows something about occlusion, sleep apnea, and clenching. Gi symptoms may be related to o2 / co2 levels or an entirely different problem. A sleep study may be helpful. Talk with your dr.

Possible bruxism: In my office, i find that women in your age group who have had a long history of nighttime teeth-grinding when sleeping (bruxism) also have increased occurrence of headaches and fatigue.. Please get evaluated by a dentist for evaluation of 'teeth wear' indicative of night time bruxism. Unfortunately, gastrointestinal issues may from a different source or sources.
