Veggies: Eat a vegetarian diet (or as close to it as you can) with lots of soluble fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Get lots of aerobic exercise, don't smoke. Pick parents who don't have high cholesterol (harder to do than the other suggestions!) good luck.
