Is it okay to have low blood pressure following an aortic valve replacement?

Not really: I would suspect if it's really low, systolic pressure less than 90 , that perhaps your being over medicated with something or are dehydrated.

Depends : Depends on how low, and if you are on blood pressure or heart medications. Most people are on some sort of medication following heart valve surgery. Check with your doctor to be sure.
