I had heart cath done -the results -23mmhg peak to peak gradient across the aortic valve on pullback and the lvedp is 17mmhg - the lv systolic and diastolic pressures are elevated. i also have pots and ncs. does this test suggest valve replacement?

The decision to replace the aortic valve is complex and you have not given us any clinical information but I hope you have given it to your Dr. Family yes history, past blood pressure levels and lipid levels and history of rheumatic heart disease or other diseases that can cause aortic valve disease. Best to discuss with your Dr.
