What's the question?: There are lots of supplements, some of which may help with depression, e.g., st. John's wort and omega-3 fatty acids. If purchased from reliable sources, they're mostly safe. Efficacy is another issue, esp. If, as you say, depression is undiagnosed. Why not get an evaluation and proven treatment plan? Maybe it isn't depression but an undiagnosed medical condition such as hypothyroidism?
