What are the side effects of remicade (infliximab)?

Infection : Our most common concern is infection. It is a tumor necrosis factor inhibitor which is a very effective anti-inflammatory biologic, but we always use caution because of concern of side effects such as infection, neurologic problems, and also sometime malignant problems.
