No: Eyebrow loss, particularly the lateral, or outer part of the eyebrows, is sometimes associated with hypothyroidism. It is believed to be due to the underlying autoimmunity (antibodies targeting one's own proteins) rather than the thyroid hormone levels. Because of this, the course of any eyebrow loss may get worse or better when starting levothyroxine (lt4), but doesn't mean the lt4 is to blame.
