Nutritional Rx: Endometriosis is caused by high estrogen (e2) excess carbs can elevate e2 (via competitive inhibition of glucoronidase enzyme) a low carb diet reduces e2 thus positively impacting this metabolic disease. Avoid fried foods, veg oils, soy and anything else that can raise e2. You may also benefit from Progesterone if your levels are abnormally low. See your gyn.
