Not really: There really is not a whole lot one can do t treat their endometriosis. I do believe a healthy life style, regular exercise, and a mediterranean diet are all wise choices and may be of some benefit.

Treatment for Endo !: Preferably treated by resecting as much disease from where is located. Laparoscopic excision, specially with 3d vision robotic technology is very efficient. Symptoms are treated hormonally with birth control pills, Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud, Lupron or aromatase inhibitors. Anti-inflammatories like Naproxen and ibuprofen. Dietary changes may help as well. The understanding this disease it's evolving.
