Possibly: Why are you not being treated? Go and be seen and managed by an experienced ob/gyn doctor, don't make uninformed decisions, and ask them all the questions you are posing on the internet. They will discuss these with you in depth. Good luck.

Probably not: The majority of women with endometriosis do not have fertility issues. However it is possible for endometriosis to lead to infertility.

I went to OB/GYN in March because I was scared my endometriosis was back, he confirmed its not, he then put me on Melodene to regulate my period. However, 3 months in, my cycle is no longer regular, I spot almost daily as well.
