Possibly: Why are you not being treated? Go and be seen and managed by an experienced ob/gyn doctor, don't make uninformed decisions, and ask them all the questions you are posing on the internet. They will discuss these with you in depth. Good luck.

Probably not: The majority of women with endometriosis do not have fertility issues. However it is possible for endometriosis to lead to infertility.
