Difficult interpret: Blood test results for food allergy can be confusing at best if done especially as a screening test. In fact the new food allergy guidelines advise against doing food testing except for specific foods in question. Hostory with testing used as confirmation is best.

Yes: Food allergy is not diagnosed by food skin testing or food allergy blood test - except in very special circumstances. History of food allergy reaction confirmed by skin testing and/or food allergy blood testing is how food allergy is diagnosed.
