A member asked:

How can i know that the labor pain is started?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ask your OB: If you don't have an OB then if will become apparent when the contractions are strong and come regularly--only a few minutes apart. If you don't have an OB and you are pregnant you should find one or call a clinic that will set you up with prenatal care and will follow you thru your pregnancy.
