Sexually transmitted: Also called trich, is sexually transmitted vaginal infection by single cell protozoan parasite called trichomonas vaginalis only women feel the symptoms most of the time, itching, burning in vagina, discomfort during intercourse, yellow green discharge sometimes, rarely pain in lower abdomen treatment with Flagyl and both partners need to be treated to prevent recurrences.
