Use proper mechanics: By using proper body mechanics and by staying in good physical shape with regular exercise incorporating flexibility, core strengthening and cardiovascular training. Try not to fatigue muscles by getting a good night sleep and taking appropriate breaks when doing repetitive tasks that involve prolonged positioning like bending as well as those with bending and rotation.
