Leg warmth: This sensation may be caused by impingement of a nerve root in your lower intervertebral spine from a disc or a spur in the lower spine. Another possibility is primary irritability/slight inflammation of the muscles or superficial nerves of the lower leg itself. If you wish to investigate further, a neurologist is best qualified to pinpoint the cause although your symptom appear mild at this time
