Hormones?: Exercise can increase hormone levels and endorphin's as well as other chemicals in your system there may also be a drop in blood sugar if you do not eat enough before exercising. Additionally may have rise in lactic acid. All these can make you feel edgy. So eat and hydrate well before and after exercising. Also. Remember to do the cool down at the end.
