Minimum 30 minutes: National guidelines recommend that adults get a minimum of 150 minutes/week of moderate exercise like brisk walking. Or 75 minutes/week of vigorous exercise like jogging. If you want to lose weight or maintain weight loss, then 60-90 minutes/day is advised. Guidelines also recommend weight training twice a week.
