Two things!: Increase muscularity and get "defined." to do that you need to exercise with weights at lower intensity, but more reps. More of the bodybuilding type activity. Second is nutrition. You need to lose subcutaneous fat, which requires strict adherence to a completely low carb diet! bodybuilders willl have essentially nothing but protein and fat for a week before competition.
