Pcos: You don't need a hysterectomy. Metformin, an oral medicine to treat mild diabetes, can contol pcos, especially if your Insulin and sugar levels are high.

Weight loss: The majority of women with pcos are overweight. Almost all of them will experience return of normal cycles with resolution of the pcos simply with weight loss. Good luck.
