Lots: Begin with cod liver oil, probiotics and eliminating dairy from the diet. Use lotions to help keep skin hydrated. Aquafor, jojoba oil, olive oil, eucerin are a few lotions. Calendula also. Epsom salts in the tub can help detox. Homeopathy ca help a lot as can chinese medicine. Steroid creams do help but I do not prefer them as along term solution as they manage symptoms but do not address the core.

Hard to say: With no history of past treatment efforts, current skin care program and exam findings it is hard to come up with realistic suggestions.There are many possible options that vary from easy to very complex.
