Moisturizer: Avoid over immersion in water, use a baby eczema lotion several times daily. Apply a thin topical low dose steroid cream twice daily.

Hydrocortisone 1%: very sparingly could use 1% Hydrocortisone. it is OTC. or triamcinalone sparingly but need a prescription.
