Sounds like: Atopic dermatitis. The skin is the largest organ in the body and needs nourishment the same as the rest of the body. Try a mixture of gla (evening primrose oil) and epa (fish oil) by mouth.

Management: Eczema can be managed with the right combination of steroid creams, reducing inflammation, by avoiding prolonged exposure to water/ local irritation, and moisturization. I would suggest a steroid lotion which can be applied to the affected areas, and a moisturizer without perfumes such as Eucerin. Lotion is easier to apply to larger areas than cream. Avoid steroid/face unless ordered by M.D.
