See below: The labels has the calories per serving, the number of servings, the amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fat in grams and % of daily values. It contains the amount of cholesterol, sodium and dietary fiber as well as sugars expressed in grams and % of daily values. Vitamin a, c, calcium and iron are listed as a percent of daily values. All of the above is based on a 2000 calorie diet.
