CP: Chest pressure with a fib. If your heart rate is below 100, if do not have any other symptoms, you probably need not be concerned. If you continue to have chest pressure, you may have to get checked for coronary artery diseases.

ER!!: For new chest pressure, go to the emergency room. Especially in women, a heart attack may not have "typical" symptoms of crushing pain.

Possibly very: Chest pressure can have many possible causes, including angina or heart attack. Spasm of the esophagus, muscle spasm, asthma, bronchitis are others that can cause a feeling of pressure in the chest. Do not self-diagnose this one; for chest pressure lasting over 15 minutes without clear cause esp if smoker, diabetic, family history of heart attack, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, call 911.

Absolutely: Chest pressure can be a sign of many things depending on what triggers it, its intensity, and its duration or other accompanying features. Heart, lung, skeletal, muscular and esophageal problems can all cause "chest pressure", and they can be serious or less so. See your doctor. You won't get properly diagnosed in a public forum like this.

Usually reflux: Sounds like reflux with heart burn, but can be cardiovascular or aortic, or else something neurologic (pinching of your nerves coming out of your spine) ... Should get checked out by md if persists or worsens ...
