40 y/o male. dull ache with pressure pain in upper chest 8 weeks after cardiac tamponade surgery after atrial lead replacement. what is this pain?

Multiple: You have a pacemaker in your upper chest wall. The surgery for treating a cardiac tamponade is generally a limited thoracotomy, but can still cause chest wall discomfort. You should talk to your surgeon if you have any concerns.
