See Podiatrist: Have it evaluated and determine if there is any condition that is causing this. Then treatment can be started if necessary. Also try changing running shoes.

See the foot doc: I would have it x-rayed to see if anything wrong with the bone. I would make sure your wearing the proper size sneakers. That would be my starting point.
