I don't understand: Scars are permanent. If a scar can be made less apparent by massage, there is no problem with that, but I am not sure i understand your question correctly.

?: Your question makes no sense. Rephrase it. Massage does have the ability to soften scar tissue and that can be desirable. The only way to "cover up" a scar is makeup.

Scar massage: 'scar massage' is a physical therapy technique used to break up adhesions that make a scar noticeable. It does not make the scar go away, but helps the skin move more freely at the site of the scar.
