I don't understand: Scars are permanent. If a scar can be made less apparent by massage, there is no problem with that, but I am not sure i understand your question correctly.

?: Your question makes no sense. Rephrase it. Massage does have the ability to soften scar tissue and that can be desirable. The only way to "cover up" a scar is makeup.
