Question on how i could lighten my scar. any ideas of ways other than laser treatment?

Lighten scar?: Try lasers or Perineural injection therapy to help decrease rad/pink color.

Hyperpigmentation: If your scar is dark, it could be post inflammatory hyper pigmentation (PIH). This can be improved with bleaching creams like hydroquinone. Micro needling can help with scarring, as can PRP if you're trying to avoid laser, but any of these can lead to PIH as well. Laser genesis is nice for scars and doesn't have the down time of fractional, also can use on all skin colors. See MD for options.

Raw honey, aloe gel: The cause of the scar and it's age are not noted. Scars take about 1 year to fully heal. I would suggest using ~ 50:50 mix of Aloe gel(preferably from a plant) and raw honey applied to the entire scar daily and as needed. When I burned my hand, I used a clean sock to cover my hand at night. Apply a dressing over the area if possible. Be patient and let time above treatment do its work.
