Electrical: A heart attack damages muscles in the heart. The flow of the electrical current throughout the wall changes when having to go around the damaged muscle, resulting in certain ekg changes, since ekg's show the path of electrical current in the heart. There are different changes, de[ending on which part of the muscle is damaged.
