I have pain on my heal, inside and outside of my foot when walking barefoot, but most of the time not when i'm wearing shoes. what could this be from?

Plantar fascitiis: Is one of the most common heel pain problems. The shoes have support and hence the pain may not be as bad.

Plantar fascitis: Heel pain to both sides is consistent with barefoot walking and added stress to the supportive soft tissues of the plantar foot. Do some basic runners' stretches of the calf muscle and wear solid sneakers.
