Yes and no: Yes - in your tubes - that's the most common place for an ectopic pregnancy. On the surface of the bowel or ovary is very very uncommon. Bottom line - get to your obgyn right away and get checked.

Theoretically yes.: Ectopic pregnancy can occur in any of the sites you mention in your question, including the tubes (most common ectopic site), ovary (less common), cervix (even less common) and abdominal cavity (extremely rare). See your gynecologist and get early pregnancy ultrasound to assure intrauterine pregnancy. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily once intrauterine pregnancy is confirmed. Good luck!
