I'm curious as to how long is the recovery for ovary removal and adhesion removal from bowels?

Varies: It depends if it's done laparoscopically or via open technique, and how intense the adhesiolysis is. But, as a general rule, you should be back to full activity in about 2-3 weeks after laparoscopic procedure, and about 4-6 weeks after open procedure. Your surgeon will have his/her own recommendations, which i strongly suggest you follow. Good luck.
