Neuropathy: Symptoms are consitent with neuropathy or nerve being impinged. Possible causes are back conditios such as spinal stenosis or disc compression, diabetes, b-12 deficiency anemi, excessive alcoho use or other neurological or metabolic conditions. See your physician.

Maybe back issue: You may be having lumbar radiculopathy whereby the nerves that supply the sensation to you legs and feet are being compressed in your lower back. You need to see either a back specialist or a neurologist to get a proper diagnosis.
