Sciatica: Unless you have had an injury to your leg or foot you probably have sciatica which is coming from your lower back. Go see a back specialist or pain specialist to have this checked out.

Vascular vs Neuro?: The problem could be either vascular or neurological. I am guessing that you have a history of back pain and the pain in the leg is from a lumbar nerve root causing pain to the spinal nerve. Visit your spine specialist to see what can be done for you.
