Possible neuropathy: This may be a focal mononeuropathy (example, saphenous neuropathy or deep peroneal neuropathy). Best if you have a thorough evaluation by a neurologist, orthopedist, or physical medicine doctor. There are other possible causes local and remote that need to be considered, but an exam is warranted.

Numbness and Pain: I am assuming that you have no knee injury. Pain and numbness like this is typically a nerve irritation coming from your knee, hip or low back. The radiating pain is called sciatica or radiculopathy. See a neurologist, chiropractor, physiatrist, or orthopod. Dr rich blake.
