Yes.: These are all problems that can be seen in depression. If you are not on treatment for depression, you should look into it. It would probably make these problems much better.

Yes: Depression can present with many symptoms including change ia appetite, sad mood, rapid thought process, decreased libido, lack of pleasure activities, loneliness, forgetfulness, and many others. Your migraine could be related or it can be caused by other factors from certain foods to dehydration, to vascular disease. The list of migraine causes is too long to mention.
