No: By itself, the number doesn't worry me. If it is being used to monitor lupus, it means that other signs of lupus activity need to be looked for.

Any symptoms: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms, do not dwell on the number.
