That is low: But the question is how is the low iron impacting your ability to make rbcs. Lightheadedness would be related to the anemia, not the iron level per se.

Not necessary: Low serum iron is one thing, dizziness may be related or may not be related. Serum iron level is not the one to see if one is thinking about having iron deficiency. Iron storage level will be more accurate to see. Dizziness may be one of the presentation of iron deficiency anemia, however dizziness also can be caused by other things like dehydration, drugs related, other neurologic/ear problem etc.
