Sounds low: That RBC count by itself sounds a little low but we have not other information from your CBC. I think it would be important to have other info from your CBC to know whether this is something to worry about.

What could cause a lower iron level for 3-4 years that we know of? Menstruating 33 year old female. Usually has about a 38 iron level even when taking iron. Ferritin, hemaglobin, andTIBC are good. Iron saturation is low. RBC are slightly high at 5.89?

Why would I have low b12, high RBC and High Platelets? Why does my doctors test results say high on them but Google has many different ranges for what high is? My labs have shown them as high for years but no one has ever said anything?
