Gallstone problems?: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see why such symptoms are occuring, and my refer to a G.I. Specialist to further check the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, etc... Sounds like there may be esophagus or stomach problems like reflux acidity or an ulcer; or there may be gall bladder problems like gall stones; or perhaps pancreatitis. The doctor can help sort things out.
