Muscle strain: It could be anything. Unlikely you have coronary artery disease being 29 and female, negative stress test. If you do not have any other risk factors for heart disease, the your symptoms may be musculoskeletal, acid reflux or esophageal spasm. Go to you doctor to figure out what exactly causing the pain.
