Yes: As long as you have no instability or myleopathy(spinal cord involvement) or progressive neurologic symptoms or exam findings, treatment with a chiropractor can be tried as long as it involves modalities and gentle traction avoiding manupulation especially in extension.

See spine MD: I recommend that you see a spine md prior to seeing a chiropractor. Presumably the stenosis was seen on an MRI you had of your cervical spine. Certain manipulations, particularly if forceful can place added pressure on your spinal cord and nerves and therefore can cause other issues such as weakness or worse. An orthopedic spine md or neurosurgeon that treats spine issues will be helpful.
